YouthForce's extensive network of high schools, youth programs, teachers and counselors work with us to find motivated, achieving teens deserving and ready for your experience. Through our coaching and interview process we identify ready and able candidates for you to interview until you find the right fit. A one time $250 fee covers this whole process.
Payroll and Liability Support
Much like traditional staffing firms, YouthForce provides all payroll and liability coverage for you. We pay the teen interns, assume all withholding, W4 and other payroll requirements and bill you once a month. The cost of our combined payroll and education support services is $30/week.
Ongoing Supervisor and Intern Support Services Promote Learning,
We review your intern's work hours and school progress to ensure continued academic achievement. We also provide you and your intern with a structured curriculum for on-the-job learning and mentorship development. And if there's ever a problem, we are here to help- you or your intern.
